Return/Exchange Policy
- At this time we do not accept returns and exchanges.
- If items is damaged prior to delivery please contact info@thesoulmango.com. Quality and satisfaction of purchase are our priority, always.
Shipping Policies
- We typically dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and payment verification has been confirmed.
- Orders are shipped Monday - Friday! If you place and order on Friday after 12 pm EST, it will ship the next business day. Orders may be split and items may ship separately, based on inventory location.
- Typically, we estimate delivery for standard shipping will take 3-10 business days. Keep in mind that the estimated delivery date is not a guarantee. Additionally if you’re expecting a shipment to Alaska, Hawaii or other U.S. Territories, please allow for some additional shipping times.
